Yes. One live project, 3 back-office users, 10 site users and 2 GB of storage, with no time limit and no card required. You move up a plan only when you need a second project or more back-office users.

No. From the Project plan upwards, site users — foremen, supervisors, the crew logging work and photos — are unlimited and free. You only pay for back-office users, because that is where the reporting and approval work happens.

By the contract value of each project: 500,000₫ a month under 5 billion, 1,500,000₫ from 5 to 30 billion, 3,500,000₫ from 30 to 100 billion and 7,000,000₫ from 100 billion up. You pay only for the projects you are actually building.

No. Subcontractor accounts are free so they can join the project, submit volumes and attach evidence. Coordination only works if everyone on the site is in the same system.

The data belongs to your business and can be exported in full at any time. The export terms are stated in the contract; see Security & Compliance for the detail.

Not on the Free and Project plans — you start on your own. From the Business plan upwards, implementation is quoted separately from the subscription so you can see each line, and it covers configuration, data migration and training.
